Unfortunately, this week did not go to plan, and I really let my eating and exercise plan slip. A combination of sick kids and stress made me realise how much I stress eat, and how much I need to get a handle on situations like this, and make better choices. I am glad the damage was only half a kilo, and I am looking forward to getting everything back on track this coming week.
